03 -SMS and Text Message Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, deal review, or our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get assistance by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Lenders and capital partners: When you request a deal review, we share your scenario information with lenders in our network for the purpose of evaluating and matching your financing request. This is the core service you are asking us to perform.

  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Scout, our users, or others
